FLOWERS
All flower orders are designers choice; we are unable to accommodate customizations or special request. Photos on the website are examples of work and design style.
FLOWER DELIVERY
No contact delivery is available. If client happens to see delivery driver face coverings/masks must be worn by client for delivery. No refunds will be available should Nirie Floral not be able to safely deliver items due to locked gate, wrong address, Dogs etc. If recipient is not home, we will leave flowers in a secure location away from direct sunlight. We will send a text message or call to let recipient know where the order is left. In addition, we will take a photo for our records to avoid any confusion.
If you request delivery be left with someone other than the recipient , we will follow the instructions given, but we will not be responsible if the recipient does not receive order.
If order is undeliverable, i.e. we can’t get in contact with sender or recipient, we will bring the flowers back to our studio and attempt to deliver the next day. A second delivery attempt will result in a second delivery charge. We will contact you for payment.
Nirie Floral is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address submitted by the sender. If this happens, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
FLOWER REFUND + CANCELLATION
Once an order is designed, fulfilled, shipped and/or out of Nirie’s care, we are unable to accommodate any modifications cancellations or refunds.
SHIPPING RATES
Nirie uses USPS Priority shipping which usually ships within 3–4 days. We will use every effort to deliver an order within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday) excluding public holidays) from the date your order was submitted. On some occasions there can be expected delays around the holiday season.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the status of shipment has been registered as delivered. If you find that you have not received your package and it is missing, please contact us as soon as possible and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to try and locate the package. At the time of purchase please make sure your shipping address is correct to ensure safe and timely delivery.
DAMAGES
We want our customers to have a positive shopping experience and enjoy the products they receive. If you experience any damages to your order please contact us as soon as possible at studio@nirie.co so we can further assist you.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products we can only accept refunds if item is damaged and unused within 30 days. Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy. The information collected is only used to fulfill your order, and will never be distributed to third parties.
